As you can probably see I'm new to SBR (first post) but I've been in the game for a while. After I checked the lines I was pretty confident on the Saints (-3) vs. Tampa Bay. Coming off a bye week after an emotional win, playing on the road in a must win divisional game against a sub-par Tampa Bay squad. I know its a little early but I think I might jump on this before the line potentially changes. Thoughts?

Vilma is going to play. Saints lost to them earlier.. Extremely hard to sweep a division series so I'm going to bite the bullet again and take the saints..

Saints havent played the Bucs yet this year... only Carolina and Washington in their division.
@Shockey I like the Saints -3 too. With Vilma possible being back on Defense and the Offense getting back on track.. every game for the Saints is a must win and theres no room for loss for Divisional games

I'm loving this spot for the Saints, almost to the point where it worries me.

        I took Saints -2.5

There's a betting trend that supports the Saints this week.

Would normally agree with you Jinx, but less confidence in TB than I have on NO. Vilma coming back, big win last week they will come to play

I ended up taking the Saints -3 at +105, which frankly almost seems too good to be true. Either this is a complete trap or people are still failing to realize that the Saints record doesn't indicate their ability.

Since when is Washington in the same division as the Saints?

vilma back should be an emotional boost no doubt about it, but he's past his prime anyways. I don't think he can magically make this defense perform. Saints easily have one of the worst defenses in the league.. expect a tight division battle here.

Completely agree, thinking Vilma will only be an emotional boost at best. However I would not underestimate him have the game of his life as a big fat F U to R.G. and the NFL. I really think TB blew their load last week though and yes it was a nice impressive win TB is still secretly one of the 3 worst teams in the NFL in my opinion which is a shame because I think Freeman is pretty damn talented but he is never gonna get anywhere on that team. With that said I am taking Drew riding high after a big win last week over TB and their college coach

Careful.... Saints are not good on the grass.

also Buccaneers defense is nasty this year

Bucs are far from being "one of 3 worst teams"...

Bucs+3-115. This is a trap line for the saints with public still thinking saints will turn it around and therefore hammering them early with 75% action on the saints. Line still moved to -2.5 most places, so Vegas and the sharps have taken a pretty clear side.
