In the past two years, the thursday night games have gone UNDER 10 times in the last 12 games, including all 5 games this year. Seems like the short week has an effect on the offenses rather than the defenses. Under 43.5 for tonights game sounds like a good play to me.

The two games that went over was the week 15 game jax at atlanta, where atlanta absolutely dominated, and the other being the week 13 game philly at seattle. The seattle game would have gone under were it not for a pick six thrown by vince young in the last minutes of the game.
