Raiders haven't a Road Game Yet and Have lost everyone by aleast 18 points or more. And playing a High powered offensive team at Home.. that has covered all there spreads besides one which was against Carolina.
Im not the Best Capper in NFL But that spreads seems strange
Also I would BuY a half-Point to be Safe
