80% public play on the OVER yet the books here in Vegas are dropping the total. Thoughts?
Under in the SD/NO game? Lot of RLM.....

#4Impossible this stays under....Total should be 60. Books always give you something to win so they trap you somewhere elseComment -

#5I noticed a lot of unders, which tells me the books were a little high on their projected totals (that and they know public tendency is to take the over). But in this case it shouldn't matter.
Which is why I'm questioning this drop so much.
Logic says to up the number or keep it the same if they really think its low.
Pretty sure they aren't looking to give money away lol. They are TRYING to pull in more over money for some reason.Comment -

#6Even with that MASSIVE breakdown on D by the Saints, total is only 31 at the half. Not exactly the shootout everyone was expecting. Surprisingly should have just been 24 going into the break. Curious to see if it stays below 22 in the second half.Comment -

#12Like I've said in other posts, still getting my feet wet in betting but do know what RLM means. I'd assume totals work the same way spreads do (could be wrong), majority of public on one side yet the line (or total) goes the opposite direction meaning either the books know something the public doesn't or there's heavy play from someone laying big $$$ down. No?Comment
