Looks like the theory is that someone(s) came in and put bigger money on the Jags, for the usual value reasons - Bears on short week, on the road again, desperation game for Jags, Cutler factor, etc. The best I could see in this game is that it is a stay-away one but the Bears took a step up in the Dallas game to my eyes and there is no way I would put any money on a Jags team that has showed so badly so far and doesn't have a QB Vs. a Bears team that looked so good against Dallas. If I had to bet and the Universe would end if I lost, I would take the Bears -4.5 though I might try and pay to have the .5 taken off. There's 'value' but there are also good teams and bad ones and the Bears are under a TD here.Comment -
