Can someone help me understand this payout?

I had a 6.5 pt teaser...Fins +10.5, mi/az under 46, and GB -1.

I bet $140 to win $224. With the GB game being a push, I relieved a payout of $256.67, a $140 of that being my bet. How did the book determine how much I won?

I'm sure this is simple, but I just don't know how they do it.

Instead of giving you a payout for a 3 teamers it reduced to a 2.

wow u got lucky alot of books will count a push on a teaser as a loss on the whole bet

GB was a push reducing the payout.
