This is more of a rulebook question than a "what-if", but if the Packers would of converted on the two-point conversion (to make it 14-7) , that means the Seahawks "touchdown" wouldn't of given them the lead.
Would there of then been an official review, because it would of just been a scoring play rather than the last play of the game?
