The Packers shouldn't of even tried to catch the ball in that situation, he should have thrown the ball out of bounds behind him. The rule is, if they both have possession it goes to the offense. These refs are IN SEATTLE, and it looked like they both had possession. Sure, it seemed like GB caught the ball and had possession, but got to credit Tate on getting his hands in there and at least making it close. If they reverse that call, than Seattle has an argument that he had simultaneous possession of the football. That was just PROOF the NFL isn't rigged, trust me with the week those replacement refs had, that was the last way the NFL wanted that game to end.
