The Chiefs got their victory last week on the road in New Orleans, while the Chargers got rolled up by the Falcons in San Diego. So why take the Chargers? Las Vegas has this game as an even / pick 'em game and I think that San Diego is just better. If Gates plays, this line moves to Chargers by 3 or more, so take the +1 while you can get it. Chargers should win this game to try and keep up with Denver.

4. SF -3.0 ( buy a hook )
Travel is tough, but defense and running games travel well. The Jets just lost Darrell Revis for the year, and Shonn Greene is still a weekly train wreck. I don't love this one, but I will definitely go with the team that I think is better, and that is certainly the 49ers. It will be close but I will take San Francisco to win a one-score game, 23-17.

A short week, a big win (and controversial one) and a road trip should all have the Seahawks poised for a letdown, but they are just so good on defense right now that it is very hard not to like them. The offense struggled against Green Bay, but I like Marshawn Lynch to get back on track and get some points and scoring chances set up for Seattle. Seahawks by at least a touchdown
