The Packers have prepared themselves for over a week to stop Lynch. Easier said than done, but I do think they limit him to about 4.0 YPC which is average for his career.
So, 96/4.0 = 24. Lynch will need, in my opinion, 24 carries to get 96 yards.
This is a game where the Seahawks will want to keep Rodgers off of the field as much as possible, therefore running the ball will be their #1 priority. On the flip side, the Packers defensively will almost entirely focus on stopping the run in an effort to get Wilson throwing and making mistakes. I arrived at the 4.0 YPC based upon career averages and how he looks thus far, combined with today's game-plan.
SO, will the Seahawks give Lynch the rock 24 times? Well, they gave him 21 and 22 in his first two games, both in which the Seahawks were never far behind. Today, however, I don't see them shutting down the Packers like they did the Cowboys, therefore having to throw the ball more. I see Lynch actually carrying the ball less than in the first two games because the Packers run D was good last week and the Hawks KNOW the Packers will stack the box.
Prediction: Lynch carries the ball 20 times, for 80 yards.
Bet: UNDER 95.5 (-110)
