The giants are missing some key offensive parts, this may slow them down slightly. NYG's defensive is much better than New Orleans hourendous D. I think people may be puttg to much hype into Carolina. They lost to A average to decent TB team..... They beat a horrible Saints D. Worst in the League. Won By 8 I believe. I think NYG may try the ground and pound wich will move the clock. Newton will find recievers but I see him scrambling as NYG D line is better than Saints as well, This will help that clock tick. I havnt seen this Teaser doneby many yet

I see 31-17 panthers, or 31-24 Giants. Absolute worst case for unders could be 38-21 or 38-24. In that case you would still be fine.
