What about his game is actually elite currently? He isn't an elite game manager anymore and he isn't elite athletically anymore. He has a noodle arm.

He was in the same offense with the same plays with the same players for a decade. Of course he is going to have success.

Compare that to a guy like Cutler who has had a different offense pretty much every single season he's come to training camp.

Look at how awful Peyton Manning looks in a different offense. Yet, you assume it means nothing?
