Sorry if this question has been asked but can you still deposit $200 at an affiliated book to become a pro or do you need to purchase the things on the application.

Hi - If you're in the US, then the sportsbook option is no longer available and you'll need to take up one of the other offers on the Pro form. If you're not in the US, then yes, you can create a brand new sportsbook account via one of the links in the application form and make a first time deposit of at least $200 to become a Pro.
