It was a change that was applied after our latest forum update. Feel free to ask your question in here or in another thread with a similar topic and it will get answered.

Uh, what is the logic behind not allowing new members to make threads in the newbie forum? I can understand other forums, but the newbie forum is specific to new members...they should be allowed to make threads. My question is not general and wouldn't make sense in the threads that already exist. It's a specific situation, but I'm sure other members have encountered it. I'm newbish and wanted to make sure my take of the situation is correct.
