    Bunch of Newbie Questions
When going pro, how long do you need to wait before making a withdraw from the site you went pro on?

When the year is up and pro status needs to be renewed, can you renew with the same site or do you need to choose another site to sign up for?

How long does the SBR Store take to get items to you?

I won some freeplays in that christmas trivia and they havent showed up anywhere yet. When will they?

When pro, do you still need to rollover points won in the poker tournies?

Points to anyone with good answers or anything else very useful to a noob.

Hi dapperandy. I'll do my best to answer all of these for you:

    1. You can withdraw your money whenever (normally the sportsbook makes you play it through at least once though). SBR only checks that the deposit was made at the time you submitted your application.

    2. As of now, you can still renew with the same site provided they're still a Pro Sponsor at that the time you're due to renew. Things might change a year from now though, so don't hold me to it.

    3. Depends on the item and the store shipping them... some are within a business day (electronic gift cards), some take longer. Usually within 10 business days though I think it is.

    4. Freeplays are credited in the afternoon the day after trivia ends. You can learn where to find them here http://forum.sbrforum.com/players-ta...freeplays.html

    5. Yes, you still need to rollover poker points 3x even if you're a Pro.

Hey shari, thank you very much. I tried transferring you a few points and it said you may not be able to receive them.

I'm still waiting on my freeplays. I'll wait a few days but can I contact anyone if I don't get them?

You can only transfer 2pts every 24hrs as a non Pro so that's probably why you were having difficulty.

The freeplays have been credited to all of the winners from Dec 25th. Did you check that link and then take a look in the sportsbook where it shows you to look? If they're still not there, you can write forum@sbrforum.com and someone will look into it for you.

          Hello,
I noticed that there are 4 raiting: Financial Software, Customer Service, Software Rating, Bonus Rating.
How can I find these 4 raitinguri for a site that does not have a Full Review.

          Thank you

If the sportsbook hasn't written a full review for a book as of yet, your best bet is to either do a search on the forum for the specific book you're looking for to see what fellow members have had to say or you can start a thread in the Sportsbook and Industry forum to ask for feedback if you can't find it on here already.

Each online sportsbook has different deposit withdrawal options depending on your country of residence. You can find that info by visiting the website of the sportsbook you're interested in joining.
