Question about "rollover" requirements

I made a $200 deposit at BetOnline and got a 30$ free play with a 6x roll requirement. I think this means I'd have to have action of at least 1380$. I won on my 30$ free play, but the winnings went into my account without being segregated at all...

does anyone know if I'd be unable to withdraw ANY money at all before I fulfill the rollover requirement, or will they just deduct $ if I do withdraw any money?

What did the T&C say?

I believe BOL cancels any withdrawal request if any rollover remains pending.
