Is SBR a Sportbook? If so, why do they recommend all the other books?

Hello. SBR has a book where you can wager your SBR points, but not real $$$ (although the points can turn into real money value items later if you are a pro). SBR rates, reviews, and recommends other books where you can wager real $$$.
