Who is in charge of helping people here in SBR. Some mod reading this?

Hi guys,

I first contacted live chat asking for help. They told me to send an email to forum@sbrforum.com, I did no answer so far. Then I Private message Lou (or at least thats what I think), no answer yet. Finally I use the contact US submit form asking for help and still nothing.

So, how long it takes before someone reads those requests for assistance?

If this were a sportsbook it will not look good on the ratings.
