- Players must create a new account and make a first time deposit of $200 or more to one of the SBR Forum sponsors.
- Players who have already signed up at all listed sportsbooks should send an email to GoPro@sbrforum.com for possible accommodations.
- The $200 must be present in your sportsbook account at the time you submit this form in order to be eligible for the SBR Pro upgrade. The $200 must be made up of a real-money deposit or winnings resulting from a real money deposit. Free cash or contest winnings do not apply.
- The PRO program is annual. Membership must be renewed in 12 months. A renewal reminder will be sent 30 days prior to membership expiring.
