Are there reviews for handicappers anywhere?

I am looking for handicappers to follow, whether on here or on the internet elsewhere that I can follow and actually profit from. I have tried a couple different ones this year that have flat out sucked. Broke me. I am looking for one that is consistent. I understand losing days or losing streaks but losing every month is not acceptable to me.

Are there any places here that posters can put their thoughts about handicappers they have followed or are following that maybe I just havent found?
