Max Amount of SBR points I can give to a poster?

I want to transfer 30 SBR points but it will only let me transfer 2... do I have to be pro to transfer more?

Can I give it to a pro and the pro give it to the poster?

a NON-PRO member here can only transfer 2 point per day. you have to be a pro for send more
