Hey SBR! I've been lurking around this site for a month or so. Wanted to get a grasp on everything before i stated posting. This seems to be a wonderful place to be a part of. I sure as hell dont know all that you can do and still trying to learn the points deal.

My first question is becoming a PRO and how to do so. Also, is Bookmaker a qualified book. I've been with them for 3+ years. Thanks in advance. Lets get that money

I will try an answer your questions for you. To be come a PRO click on the Become A Pro link under your avatar. You need $200 in one of the sponsored books. Bookmaker is an A+ book, if you have been with them for three plus years you must like them good enough to stay. They are one of the books I use but their money lines in baseball and hockey are to high. An easy way to bookmark threads you like is just post in them and then go to my post and it will take you to all the threads you have posted in.

can i ask a question as well please?

i was just wondering how many points do you get for posting on a thread. Do u get points for posting anything even though it might be a short sentnce? or do you only get ponts for a well written analysis? cheers

As a non-Pro, you get 4 points for posting in a thread in addition to the 2 you get for your first log in of the day. The length of the sentence doesn't really matter although posting just a will not register to the system as an actual post.

However you also have the possibility of becoming an SBR Pro by clicking on the "Become a Pro" link and meeting the program requirements. That way you'll get 12 points each day instead of 6 and have access to various other benefits reserved solely for SBR Pros.
