Balance at $280 but available balance at $0

Hello guys, I joined BetEd at the beginning of november and limit myself to only sports betting. Since I've joined I've made deposits totaling $400 and was in the hole untill I recently got my account back up to $281, so I'm only down $120 now.
I tried to payout some of that money but I saw that my available balance was at zero despite me having exactly $281.93 balance in my account. I was just wondering if its something as simple as them needing a few days to process my account and winnings?

I assume you accepted some kind of bonus when you deposited? If that is the case, there would of been a rollover on your balance before you can withdraw any of it, and you probably haven't met the rollover requirements yet.

Nope, no bonus. I just used the instantcheck deposit method and I also completed the bank verification form.

Have you tried asking them via livechat? What did they have to say?

ever have a problem the first thing you should do is contact them
