I have been reading quite a few threads about the 99 system, I googled for it, but really coudnt figure it out. How do I bet a 99 system, I understand a parlay but how do I bet the 99 system.

99 system is a system used by Allen Eastman or Ace/Ace. It is not a system you can employ because we have no idea what the system is, he just gives picks that he says fit his 99 system. The 99 system picks by Ace have been very profitable starting last year when he started putting them out.
