Newbie with a question on SBR complaint processing times

Hi there,

I recently filed a complaint on a bookie that ridiculously closed my account with no apparent reason when I was only five euros short of their bonus rollover requirements. I was wondering how long it will take for it to be taken under consideration at SBR, as I have not seen any mention of my case among the RSS feed cases (I filed mine on 5th Dec). I did get an email copy of my complaint.

Does anyone have any experience of waiting times?

I did, yeah, and received a copy of the complaint to my email. I only registered at SBR after filing the complaint, not sure if that makes a difference for waiting times. I'm wondering if there is any way to check that the complaint has been received.
