i hear people say wiseguy money and sharp or shark money and i dont know what the are or how sportsbooks or casinos know wiseguys or sharps are placing bets

Books know them by their bet amount, patterns, and the lines. Sharps bet big, but most importantly, got better odds than what are currently available on the market.
