I'm trying to understand this page here

It looks like 5dimes is best for most (larger than 3 team) parlays, but I don't quite understand why it switches to decimal (specifically 8 teams)

8 teams +15000 +175.44 +175.446 +10000

Is +175.44 actually +17544?
