i'm from missouri, my dad lives in arkansas. he's a big gambler, though i don't know he would want me to give his info out. there are a large number of great locals down there, no need to have an offshore account. he lives in northern arkansas but there is a big gambling presence near hot springs, which isn't surprising because of oaklawn. not far from little rock.

Yeah I live in LR... Looking for a local guy to bet with. The offshore thing is a pain in the ass when it comes to getting your money out. Not only are you paying for the juice but you are also paying like 10% on what you take out for them to send you a Moneygram or Western Union. LOL

I LOVE going to Memphis, so i pass through Arkansas on my way there all the time, always hit the Krystal burger in West Memphis, Arkansas.
