does anybody know of a good spreadsheet for tracking your own bets, i know SBR has its own, but im just looking for another, dont know how to use excel calculation part, so looking for a pre-programmed one.

The only useful ones that I know of have to be paid for.
I would suggest that you send a PM to the user Williams22, some time ago he developed something that took care of all the calculations in Excel which a few other members had requested.
