Help me turn my freeroll winnings into more!

I placed 4th in one of the SBR freerolls and im going to gamble completely on the suggestions of the viewers of this post. I won 80 dollars and am new to the whole sportsbook scene I've never wagered money on sports before and would much appreciate any help in doubling this money. Feel free to talk to me like im retarded cause I feel like I am when it comes to spreads and points and what now. Anyway I will bookmark this post and update my progress regularly.

Dont put all your eggs in one basket spread it out normally you tend to get burn if you try to lay the house on the line normally the got more funds to get it back in the long run. Believe thats why vegas give out comps you might get lucky and win once but then when you go back you lose double or more thats why vegas will always be in buisness because of greed
