ami, it is difficult to say which site is the best because different people look for different things. Some prefer reduce juice others like better incentives while others look for ease of transactions both to and from. You ask 10 different posters and chances are you'll get at least 5 different responses. The best thing to do is research for yourself because only you truly know what it is you are looking for in a book. I would suggest narrowing the field down to only those books which carry high indipendent nominations from sites that rate books.
