A parlay is basically a bet which combines two or more events. Are you European? In Europe they are known as multiples.
A three team parlay for example would be a bet on three different sides/totals all of which have to win for your bet to be successful.

.....also some rules apply...you will have to win all the selections in order to collect, one loss and you lose the whole parlay. If you get a tie on a team the parlay demotes to the next lower amount of teams..eg..a tie in a 3 team parlay would make it a 2 teamer...a tie in a 2 teamer would make it a straight bet. In all cases the risk amount remains the same

It is when you combine 2 or more plays into one single play, which will lead to a considerable boost on the wager payout. The more teams you add to it, the higher the payout will be and at the same time the harder it'll be for you to hit it, you need to win all your plays to win the parlay.

PARLAY [Top] This wager is a selection of teams in no particular order, in one wager. All teams must win by the point-spread margin. The more teams selected, the greater the payoff.
Example of a Two Team Parlay for $100:
The payout in a 2 team parlay is 13/5 this means you are risking $100 to win $260
PARLAY ODDS TeamsOdds
2 =13 : 5
3= 6 : 1
4 =11 : 1
5 =22 : 1
6 =40 : 1
7 =75 : 1
8 =100 : 1
9 =150 : 1
10 =300 : 1
11= 450 : 1
12= 600 : 1
13= 750 : 1
14 =900 : 1
15 =1500 : 1
Any push in a parlay with 3 teams or more will go to the next lowest number of teams. A push in a 2 team parlay will result in a straight wager. (All contests at -110 will result in a payout of $.91)

The If and Reverse bets you mention are all conditional bets. e.g. If Team A wins then place Bet B. These bets have no common equivalent in Europe.
A teaser is a type of parlay (almost) where you are given some points in each leg. For example if the consensus spread for an NFL match had Team A at -14 points, you would be able to bet them at -7 points in a three team teaser (with two other selections) for a payout of around +120 (2.20). Teaser bets are also considered to be sucker bets - with one exception which I won't go into.
A Round Robin is a combination bet where you place wagers in various permutations. For example a 6 team round robin every three ways involves 20 different permutations. If 3 of the 6 teams win you win one of those twenty bets. If 4 of the 6 win, you win 4 of the 30 bets. Euro books have many more variations of this type of bet (Patents, Yankees, Lucky 31's etc).
