Do some books just copy the lines from other books?

I have noticed that BetRivers always seems to have the same odds as Draft Kings. Is it just copying or do they have some sort of relationship?

I think every place waits until the lines are made by a couple of oddmakers in Vegas, and then they

all basically "copy" those lines as a starting point before they start adjusting them based on action.

Reason is that Rivers DK and Barstool all use Kambi as the line provider...DK though I hear is leaving them later this year.
