If you select CBK and enter a 1 point spread... set the odds to -100 for both...Fav win % is 51.74. How do they know 1 point = 51.74% ? What is the converter basing this on ?

Designer based it on historical records by sport. Push percentages were determined by using 2-point radius around spread, so for example push percentage of 3 was determined by past results for all games lined between 1 and 5 with some logical smoothing of the numbers.
