Can you order a Tee shirt if you are a non-pro

I'm probably going to join the Pro soon. I tried to order a tee shirt and it said it had to be iit had to be highlighted n green. It looks like the "In Stock" is in green, while other items are black. Also, if you are pro, are their US limitations? Thanks.
