What is the advantage of using Local Agent?

I may not be the best person to answer this as I don't see any advantages to an agent, unless it is someone you have known doing it for 10+ years minimum.

Would not trust some individual to pay me if i win big as much as I do offshore books.

And as you suggest, Bitcoin has made funding and cashing out convenient and easy again.

I guess one advantage of a local is if you have one with soft lines and slow updates who still honors any bet, unlike online books who will penalize steam players.

Wouldnt the fact that some Local Agents are willing to give lines of credit be one advantage? - I am trying to think of other reasons as well.

Some locals will also give 10% discount off of weekly losses. Huge advantage.

Correct. If I lose $1,000, I only pay him $900 and he'll clear the balance. That's the best hook up. I've also had locals give me a 10% freeplay on all my losses instead of a discount.

Convenience is also a huge thing. Most locals now use pay-per-head sites anyway, so the betting/tracking wager process is the same.

credit and gambling w local bad idea...eventually you will get stuck and not pay then spend time avoiding him...I see it all the time at my local poker games where bookie plays...guys disappear never to be seen as they don't pay bookie...then some come back after they pay up but most do not...same with the loan sharks

That is not the case if you pay your due imo! But a loan shark and a bookie could be the same person actually.. Interesting.

my local has a pay per head website and it's 200$ up or down you settle either way if not it carries to next week....I see it all the time where his friends and customers just disappear when they get stuck...Same with the local loan shark that hangs around the OTB who charges 30 % juice guys you always see get stuck or in too deep and then just disappear....they avoid coming around sometimes forever...I tell them all truthfully don't loan me or book any bets cause if I get stuck bad you wont get any cash so they don't extended me credit...I like online better BTC esp deposit and if you lose your done til next deposit

The thing with BTC is why would you want to bet it when its going up? BTC could hit 100,000 USD per coin...it is also very volatile so is not very good for betting as of this moment. Maybe in the future once is stabilizes at some higher price it will be better?

i got a question been dealing w local,last few weeks whats the protocal here i won 1500 last week balance reset mon 2k limit i just lost entire 2k before wed payday in my eyes i would think he should pay the 1500 and i have until next wed to pay him 2k but somehow i dony think this is gonna happen

They won't let me message back need 40 posts first...How long you been betting with him for? he's not gonna pay you incase you run off on him when he pays you not saying you will but unless you to are tight and you have been betting awhile and always paid your not going to be ble to get it more then likely.

And let me tell you if you like bitcoin there's a site called Nitrogen you can w/d within 20 minutes and theres a card called bitpay its a v i s a debit card you get in the mail that you turn your bitcoin into u.s. dollers in 5 minutes from the comfert of your house it's the best. Seems like you want paid quick that's the quickest paying book online that's a fact i can w/d 2k from nitro get it in my bitcoin wallet and transfer it to my bitpay card in under 1 hour from my living room you can't beat it.

I say the biggest positive about having a 'local agent" is that they are local and are another human being that you can talk to that has feelings and emotions like yourself. Unlike on a website, there is no one you see in person and can have dialogue with. It's just a computer offshore site. So, I find it so much more enjoyable to place my bets with someone who responds to me........and we want to go have a cup of coffee or see a movie , that's a bonus!!!

There is no real bonus to bet with locals if i can w/d my money and have it within and hour on my v i s a debit bitpay card and not have to move a muscle.. If you get off from having to meet a guy once a week to settle up and have dialogue with that means you just need looking for a friend lol because people that bet for $$ and take it seriously want there money as quick as possibe and having to worry if there going to get paid when they have a big week.. or if you bet more then $50 dollers a game and you bet 4 games a week and throw $20-$50 bucks a pop on it and dont really care then yea local is your man but if your telling me the benefit of a local is because you like to have dialogue with them and go to the movies thats just ridiculous to me.
