Hi Alright, as first time to go pro your points will be reset to 3000. That is normal betpoints and nothing to do with freeplay points.

Could you see when may be credited?
Usually only takes 3 days .

Please allow up 3-5 business days for the prize to be credited by the sportsbook.
In some cases, orders may take up to two weeks to be credited - if an order has not been received
in this time-frame, please contact us at forum@sportsbookreview.com. Thank you!

I take it by free play points you mean the free play amount on the sportbook page under your sbr betpoints right? If so does anyone know what reason there would be that it won't let me lay a bet using the free play but I can then make that same bet using betpoints. I don't bet anything more that 5.00-10.00sbr at a time
