Intertops?

Hello I'm new to all of this and I am just doing a lot of reading before I bet more money... I have a few questions for you guys? One the site I'm using is called intertops... Are they good? The reason I am using them is because my friends referred me that site.I live in arizona so the laws out here might be different then other places? Well thanks for the great material on this site and the advice.

From what people say they are a good site and pay well.

The only problem I had was their site layout was confusing. They have been around forever and are trustworthy.
