I'm new to this and need help.
I admitted to bettopsport I had gambling addiction and wanted my account closed. They replied simply saying they reject my email. My account remained open and I lost more money.
I tried again and was told I would have to sen a letter in the post to Lithuania.
I rejected this sayin surely email should be okay. I have since sent a emailed copy of a letter and finally it was closed.
Am I entitled to any of my deposits back. While its my fault my making them it took a week to close the account which is disgraceful.

But surely if someone asks for the account to be closed and they refuse there can be a case. I wonder what would happen if I had won big whether they would happily pay out or claim the account should be closed.
