activating account: a big problem

A friend of mine joined SBR (id lavatrix) some days ago.
So far no mail to activate account.

What's the matter?

Please tell your friend that he needs to click the verification link in the email that was send to him after registering with SBR. If he's having a problem in finding it try to check his spam box.

He can't click any verification link, because no mail received!!
Perhaps a bug ???
Can you open a new account to verify?
