i was on OSU and won, but i have to admit that the officiating was a fkn travesty. it probably worked out relatively evenly as to sides (maybe helped OSU some) but it really fkd game under backers. horseshit. it was as if there were three Ted Valentines working. and it's not as if the 1H under was a great option. it won but was really lucky.

this could've been the best game of the tourney but for the refs. OSU clearly wanted to make it a contact game from early on, but this was ridiculous. wonder how many times all year Cuse had 11 1H fouls in their zone?

I had my share of wins and losses but some of these games are just ridiculous for sure teams jumping out to huge leads and the refs controll the games with there whistle and let them back in with these touch fouls . Some time it really makes me wonder ,these refs no the spread of thes games and it always comes down to the last 8 min of the game for them to controll the outcome (ARE THEY ALL ON THE TAKE)

I do not agree either. we know 2ndH will be foul crazed amateur basketball. But for the whole game to be controlled by the refs is a rarity. Those refs had egos, and they were bigger than the coaches, which is a feat in and of itself.

you're right that the refs derailed the game. i'm just saying that you could've made a good argument at half for the 2H over due to the over-officiating and you'd have had yourself a relatively easy winner - hardly crap-shoot material. there was no way to know before the game, though, which does suck for game under backers, no doubt. refs turned what might've been the game of the tourney into a good game marred by a whistle over 20 seconds.

If you had under for the game, like I did. The 2ndH over should have been a double unit play. Middles, and the flow of the game were all factors, that I chose to ignore. I thought I caught a break with the last 10minutes of the 1stH being such a reversal of bad fortunes.
