I see value here in an MTSU team that's just plain better overall than the Gophers on their home court. Minnesota has been hot lately without question, but I've watched both of these squads play quite a bit and there's only the "big name" angle with Minnesota. Only concern I have is a hangover effect from beating the big, bad in-state rival on the road, then returning home to get the job done.

Butler may not have the talent that Pitt has, but they're more well coached, disciplined, they know what it takes to win in the postseason and they're on their home court. Again, Pitt is the "name" and not much else. They're still an underachieving outfit.

I'll probably go 2U each on these plays.

It seems like you just like to fade the public. I don't think that's a winning strategy. The public has done quite well this year in NCAA basketball, and with all the syndicate money out there, the lines are no longer shaded towards the public. It seems you do much better just ignoring this instinct and just trying to pick who you think is the better side.

Actually, I didn't here. I really liked MTSU and Butler. Watched countless Minnesota and Pitt games this season; trying to figure out when these teams actually picked up heart and resilience. Had they done so earlier, maybe they wouldn't be stuck in these good-for-nothing tournaments.
