        Correct. These NCAA refs are absolutely terrible when it comes to calling charges that should be blocking fouls. It's a joke really. Pick out any random game and I'll guarantee there are at least 4 or 5 charging calls that weren't really charges at all.

          It has ruined the game too. All the D does is jump in front of drivers and they get the call most of the time.

            5Dimes thought it counted with live betting. Had FSU ML -102 and got it

            FSu was really down 1 with the ball, should have been FSU -125 about

            espn originally had 40-37 then changed to 38-37 before the commercial ended

              Yep I freaking hate it. All they look for is to see if the feet are outside the circle. They don't care if the guy's feet weren't set. Back in the day you had to be set before the guy made the jump to the hoop, not anymore unfortunately.

                The only way you can count a bucket on an offensive foul is if the airborn shooter lands (thus ending the shot attempt)and fouls and the bucket goes in or if a teammate fouls while the shot is in the air.
