You are mistaken. They were 22:1 in the 1H while they were beating Mizzou so 45:1 makes sense

Missouri was -4500 at Pinny and -5600 at Heritage. I didn't see 5 Dimes. Most others had no ML.

The +4500 was apparently only available at the Hilton (now LVH), they had the best price available. The blog even mentioned that other places had only +2200.
