Only down 14? Cinci did their share in the first half no one expected them to run away with this game. But being up 14 at half is very impressive for this Bearcats team. I expect them to pull away with this game in the second half. Plus, Texas only -2 for the second half seems very sketchy the books want you to be all over Texas.
