Why dont refs looks at replays on out of bound calls in ncaa tourney

southern miss down 4 with 7 seconds left and kstate inbounding ball... kstate throws it in and is clearly out on kstate player but ref calls it the other way....games no where near over if its southern miss ball but instead ref doesnt even look at replay and kstate gets 2 foul shots to hit the cover ... suckss cuz even if souther miss got the ball and missed they still would have covered the 5.5

it's not in the rule book. The NBA put in the reviewing rule last year. This rule requires refs to review any questionable plays under 2 minutes of the 4th quarter.

i know its not required but they can look at the replay.. in a do or die tourney game any questionable call should be reviewed.. especially one as blatant as the one in this game where it ruined southern miss's chances or winning and ****** everyone who bet on souther miss spread..bad luck
