Strange ML's for UNC & Kentucky

At Pinny just now, UNC was -9.5 and the ML was -450

Kentucky was -9 and the ML was -470

Is this saying Kentucky and NC state are the play?

Ahh yes BW, saw that late. But those ML's dont correlate, just seemed strange to me.
