Teams that need to win choke more often than not. Just because Texas or any other team needs to win means very little IMO. Iowa State wants to win the Big 12 tourney I can promise you that.

Because Texas gets all the calls in every game. Did you see that K-state game which was a win they needed desperately to keep tourney hopes alive down 14 at the half. NCAA wants Texas in.
