What is going on with the chalk in these tournaments!?

In the Big East favorites are 8-0 ats.
In the Pac-12 tournament favorites are 4-0 ats.
In the A-10 tournament favorites are 4-0 ats.
In the Big 12 favorites are 1-1 ats.
In Conference USA the favorites are 3-1 ats.

I know you are supposed to lay the favorites in these tournaments, but this is crazy.

Will the dogs come back at all?
Should I bet every favorite in the Mountain West, SEC, Big 10, and ACC tournaments?
