Utah is horrible. The public is right here.

Utah has put up good ATS numbers lately (dreadful performance Sunday against Oregon notwithstanding....the line is a bit inflated toward them. Should be Colorado -16, IMO. We'll see. Colorado will have to lay an egg here for Utah to cover.
